Heather Park Apartments Staff Restaurant Review - Garner, NC 27529

I just had the pleasure of eating at the "Aversboro Restaurant and Sports Bar" for lunch today. The burger was huge and juicy...and there were many folks in there enjoying the spaghetti special of the day for only $6.00!
I found out they do a Sunday Brunch from 10am-2pm, for $10 per person, that sounds like it would be out of this world. From what I understand they put out a buffet! I plan on giving it a try sometime with the family!
There is a restaurant, but also a bar and a place where you can gather for an event! With live music and fun, this restaurant really has it going on!

To our Residents & Guests of Heather Park Apartments in Garner, NC 27529- Rock Salt Shortage

Dear Residents and Visitors:

Due to the unusual severe weather felt throughout the US and the resulting recent rock salt shortage, please be advised that our snow removal and maintenance crews may be unable to treat icy/snowy areas according to our usual standards.  Because of this shortage, sidewalks and common areas may be slippery.  We are advising that you use extreme caution and exercise reasonable care when walking around the property during, and following, any snow or ice event.  Please note that when temperatures remain below 32 degrees, areas may remain slippery for several days after the precipitation falls.  Thank you

Sincerely,
Management
